Sushmita and Nisha Kothari at RGV ki AAG Premiere

The premiere of the much-hyped film, ‘Ram Gopal Verma Ki Aag’ was held at Cinemax Versova, Andheri on August 30th. The film’s cast including Amitabh Bachchan and Sushmita Sen walked down the red carpet premiere. New-comers Prashant Raj and Nisha Kothari were also present and interacted with the media. Others present included Rajpal Yadav, Ritesh Deshmukh and Gul Panag. Ajay Devgan gave the premiere a skip as he was busy shooting.

Reliance Entertainment, an arm of private sector behemoth Reliance ADA group launched a 100 million dollar online movie website, Bigflicks.com here today. Aimed mainly at the NRI and diaspora markets, the site will offer an option for ‘download to own’, ‘download to rent’ at two dollars 15 dollars or free streaming and subscription services. For desi movie buffs, a chain of 5,000 retail outlets in 50 cities within three years have been planned, with the first batch being opened in Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Pune. Geeta basra, Hrishita bhatt and other Celebs are available at the launch.
